<p>You know what makes a good marinade for vegetables, especially asparagus, on the grill?  Definitely homemade vinaigrette.  For this asparagus recipe, I whipped up classic vinaigrette that I marinated the asparagus in for about an hour.  The smoky flavor of the grill plus the vinaigrette made this an amazingly good grilled asparagus.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/4 cup Olive oil</li>
<li>2 tablespoons Dijon mustard</li>
<li>2 tablespoons red wine vinegar</li>
<li>1 bunch Asparagus</li>
<li>Coarse Salt (to taste)</li>
<li>Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>In a bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.</li>
<li>Add the asparagus to a resealable bag and pour in the vinaigrette.</li>
<li>Let sit in the refrigerator for one hour.</li>
<li>Prepare the grill direct grilling with medium heat.</li>
<li>Put asparagus on the grill, and grill until it is just starting to turn soft.</li>
