		<description>Can&#039;t wait to try this. I&#039;m a displaced Californian living up north now. Miss In-N-Out, and Tommy&#039;s (chili burgers). I have a recipe for a Tommy&#039;s clone that&#039;s good enough for me and cures my jones. But INO is another story.

I noticed that you were using buns with sesame seeds. I do remember that INO&#039;s have none, but don&#039;t mind me...I&#039;m just being nit-picky.
