Welcome to Jason’s BBQ Adventures. Goal with this blog is to share my BBQing recipes and techniques. BBQing has become a passion of mine over the past couple of years. Currently I own a Cookshack Smokette and a CharGriller Pro Deluxe. The smokette is an electric smoker that is perfect for the larger meets such as Brisket and Pulled Pork also does a very fine job with Ribs. The CharGriller Pro Deluxe is a charcoal grill that I use for almost everything else. I do not have the optional side firebox, as currently I have not had a true need for it.
With each and every grill I will be sharing the recipe I used, instructions, and detail log of cooking times. Goal here is to share some of my recipes to help others make some great BBQ.
The first planned BBQing I will be posting about is 4 whole chickens I will be grilling this upcoming weekend for a friend’s 30th birthday party (Happy Birthday Ali).
